PRINCE2 Agile: Who Really Owns Here the Intellectual Property (IP)?

In this website we have been writing on PRINCE2 Agile since 2012. This was an innovative way to transform a traditional waterfall method into an iterative one, based on Agile principles.

Now during the second half of 2015 Axelos plans to make available the ‘PRINCE2 Agile’ method and also its own certification scheme, and of course including their copyright marks for all.

The poing here is: Who really owns here the Intellectual Property (IP)?

At this point we should not confuse a trademark property with Intellectual Property (IP) over any work which has not being created by you.

Intellectual property (IP) is a legal term that refers to creations of the mind, giving the creator of an original work exclusive rights to it, usually for a limited time. With regards to Intellectual Property (IP), governments recognize a bundle of exclusive rights in relation to works of authorship, inventions, and identifications of origin.
